William Mason from Downton Abbey, played by Thomas Howes, as the second footman. One of my favourite characters. He was bullied by Thomas, started out life as a farm boy, wanted to become a groom and work with horses but his Mother pushed him into becoming a footman so that he'd one day be butler for Downton Abbey. He is loving, kind, friendly, polite, sweet and a bit slow. He was in love with Daisy but she hated him. Unfortunately he died in the war from injuries to his lungs. He was a hero but branded a coward. His father sabotaged him. Painted in oils on card
