In Memory of Dov Ronen - 2006

In Memory of Dov Ronen - 2006
This portrait of Dov Ronen ( z"l) was done in 2006, in his memory after his death.
I received his photo from his wife Adina in mail.
He was the conductor and founder of the "Ramat- Gan Youth Band " during 36 years.
Appreciation to his " Factory of LIFE " came years after. He had a very strong personality... and was the conductor of very many youth bands, including the "Big Band" of teachers and graduates of the Ramat- Gan Band.

I was a member of the " Ramat- Gan Youth Band " 8 years playing the Clarinet. Graduated when I finished High School.( in 1982.)
Some of my VERY BEST memories of adolescence came from being part of this band.
May his memory become a Blessing.
Many photos were taken of the band ... For those who has photos from that time of life, I would be very appreciative to view scans... or videos... especially from the time we played together.

Thanks for visiting.
Happy safety wherever you are...
