This is a 14X17" portrait, done in pencil on Strathmore Bristol Paper, from a photo I took at the Bronx Zoo. A large Silverback caught in a moment, that looks a lot like deep thought. No one can say for certain, how intelligent these creatures are, but it is definitely...something to think about.
