St. Titus Brandsma, was a priest and martyr who died at the hands of the Nazis in Dachau where he was killed on 26th July 1942. He was beatified as a martyr by Pope John Paul II on 3rd November 1985 and canonized as a saint on 15 May 2022 by Pope Francis. His Feast day is, Friday, July 27, 2018
