Italian villa with a view

Along the Italian lakes there are many old villas with a splendid garden and straight view on the lake. But all those private propreties are surrounded by enormous walls. As a walker, on the promenade along the lake, you have to make a detour behind ground, oftenly along a thoroughfare with heavy traffic and sometimes not even furnished of a footpath.
