Survival of The fittest...

A drawing done in 1990. I'm sure to raise a few eye brows with this one, but the survival habits of the wolf amaze me. Knowing that these beautiful and smart animals only pick out the injured and sick tells you mother nature knows exactly what she's doing. Done with ink and colored pencil.

a pack of hungry wolves devouring the carcass of a fallen deer. brutal natural poetry. Great drawing! you really capptured the essence here! I love that wolf that's facing away from us towards the "food"! all teeth and fur here!
