- - - - - This canvas has taken me about two weeks to complete...It was not easy finding all the right pieces and working out where to place them! But after a lot of time and effort, now I have completed this canvas and it looks incredible... This was one of the more difficult canvases to work on, but was also one of the most enjoyable and one of my favorites that I have done yet! The canvas was first painted with black acrylic paint, metallic gold and silver sprays and glitter/shimmer dust and a bit of molding medium to create a textured effect and background. I then added all sorts, (all in gold and silver), from chains and nails to metal moth embellishments, necklaces, pearls, hearts, clockwork pieces, buttons, pendants, lace and twine, copper wiring, office pins and needles, keys, silver rings and flowers, beads, earning pieces... All to create this magnificent 3D canvas.. It's in a clockwork/vintage/steampunk/mixe d media/metallic sort of style and is all glistening with gold and silver with black shading and a glitter/shimmer with high gloss spray to finish. Completely unique. The canvas is 20x20cm in size and does not come with the option of being framed, so it will be sent on its own, as it is. The artwork has been personally signed.
