Yes Carl Jung did meet his own personal gnome as described by Colin Wilson in his Directory of Possibilities. I personally think more people ‘see’ their gnome than are prepared to step forward in case of ridicule. Perhaps Elton John and his partner could be just two, how many more are there? Gnomes are more important to a soul’s evolution than they realise. I call it ‘IT’ because it is androgynous. Silently it is telling you that your soul has to eventually become like it –androgynous. Only then will you attain true peace and wisdom. The gnome was instrumental with 12 gods and their gnomes in bringing the Earth structurally into a physical form. How you may say? Well, just as the 20th century saw the rediscovery of quantum physics, scientists are using it to promote more and more materialism –CD players, iPods and mobile phones. With their MINDS these 12 gods used this same energy to create structure out of the dust and gas. Diamonds, gold, and all of the minerals were magnetically pulled together to form our solid, yet moving, Earth. Then they asked the gnome to guard these treasures.
