There is a similarity in our work, as if we met somewhere before ;o) - I like the boldness of your style, and the large black areas how they balance. Shading gives good 3d definition -- I have a personal bias for everything to balance 'in the round' -- this is more assymetrical, but it works. Where is your focus? Does your eye have anywhere to rest? Maybe that is what you are

I think its fantastic work...maybe its the balance of items that throws you off? Flip your work on all edges..maybe then it will reveal? Excellent detail

i love the arc at the top.. i think it works nicely... is this one going to be in colour? i really like the sense of foreground ..i crave to get out my big box of crayolas and colour it in!!! : ) glad youre keeping these images coming ...
