Artist Reply: Dear Anneke - man is such an insignificant part of this organism called Earth. What man has to realize is that we are not separate from nature but rather an integral part of it and as such whatever we do and cause, within a larger scheme of things, is quite natural. It may seem wrong and destructive from our microscopic perception, but quite natural from a larger point of view, which we are unaware of and unable to comprehend. If mother Earth ever decides that we are a harmful organism, we'll be eradicated in no time flat. A few quakes, a few floods, a fire here and there. I don't like to see you worry:) Have a great day!
