Is that a Rainbow Lorikeet, wonderful image and I agree with Maureen, I would either darken the spot or clone it out as it does cause ones eyes to shift up and down while viewing this wonderful bird.
beautiful color. I like the shallow DOF to blur the background grasses. It gives good separation to the bird. One small suggestion-could you clone out the light spots above the head? They distract from the bird. Making them darker would frame the bird's head nicely.
