Majestic, even though fallen.

Wet and dry drawing materials. 8 X 10 inches. I was impressed with the munumentality of these massive trees, though I feel the title also applies to mankind.

This is really a nice painting and you have really captured the largeness of the timbers that can be found in the northern part of our county.

Yes, nature has a certain majesty even in decomposition, Timothy. As its subject matter warrants, there's a very organic feel to this landscape. :)
