Face of a girl carried away by some warm emotion, calmness...love?...and it all was emphasized by low sunlight and the colors in the background, although the background is completely modified. I purposely modified and blurred the background, to make the three subjects to come forward and bring magical calmness to anyone who faces them. The girls expression gives a perfect set of emotion with the two heads of the horses lining with the spine in calm submissive way.

Bretislav: your work is fantastic! I'm definitely into realism and your work is certainly that. All of your colored pencil work is really good. Keep up your fine work. What surface do you work on? I exclusively use Dura-lar polyster matte surface film to acheive an almost photographic impression. I think that your work would be so suited to this surface. You may wish to try it out. Artist Reply: Thank you very much. I will certainly look out for your recommendation, although i already have problem finding a good and smooth paper of a size I want. As you must have noticed, pretty much all of my works are around A0 format. unfortunately colored pencils are very much underrated as media, and I'm not sure I will ever achieve professional status with it.
