This photo was taken in the very late afternoon February 2004. The sky was wonderful. The lighthouse is located in Mablehead, Massachusetts. It is the only lighthouse of it's type in New England. The bare trees and bushes seemed to echo the shape of the tower to me.

great shot, and what an interesting lighthouse, i have never seen one quite like it. we also have a marblehead with a lighthouse here in ohio.
