Not every portrait captures the innate intelligence of the subject, but this one definitely does, Deborah. Also I agree with my friend, John, that you have found a way to make acrylic speak your language. :)

I have to admit it is my very first 'art language'. I have painted in the medium since I was 14 when introduced to it. That was a long, long time ago.
