The Beholders

36 x 48 Acrylic using airbrush and brush on canvas. LE prints are now available. This rather surreal painting, was specifically designed and painted for one of the Vancouver Aquarium's annual fund raising events. I was pleased to donate to such a good cause and have my art featured at the same time. They do not have Koi in the aquarium display so I thought I would make reference to the patrons of the aquarium instead. Notice: The Beholders, are the boulders. How many do you see? This piece is now available as a limited edition print.

I love, love, love, your work. It's such a suprise to get two painting in one .I tend to focus on the realism of the coi fish and about the only thing i wish for, is to see water movement, ripples and splashes and such then it could hold you in the painting forever! Still however , i am in awe of your talent ! keep fishing! HE, HE, HE. artist wlynnaears
