Another picture from the shoebox. My mother, this time in orange bikini. You might think it's from the same series of pictures as the one with the yellow bikini, but it's not. At the back of this picture she wrote 'Venice 1987'. Look at her hair, it's much longer now. I didn't know there was a beach at Venice. I thought Venice was an old coastal city, with pigeons and a lot of tourists. My mother seems to be the only one on that beach. Strange, very strange.
