This is one of my "Quick" pencil sketches...done from a one hour or so seeting from a live model as opposed to using a photograph, which holds still.

Good work. Needs to work on shading that looks a bit more like smudges. Hair need more depth if more realism is wanted to be projected.

I find that portraits done from a real subject has more power because as the subject moves, you have the opportunity to truly capture the spirit of the model. As you have done here.
