Great shot! I might know, except that I can't remember the name of this wasp. If you garden, they say not to kill them because they kill the other "bad" kinds of wasps...they're supposed to be "good" wasps to have in the garden...wish I could remember the name...looked all over the internet & still couldn't find it!?
