This painting has Grand Ma Mosses style to it. The graphic elements and the colors all remind me of her type of paintings. I do think the overall composition is very good meaning the elements within the painting. Some advise, I would try and make the reflection in the water of the boat less black and more subtle white & I would work on the mountains ans sky and give those areas more details as you have in the foreground areas. I like what I see and think you have good start to an excellent painting here. keep going, have a great day... cheers!!! Lucien
