Rusty 1955 Chevy Belair Close Up

Here's my latest painting. It portrays a close up of a 1955 Chevy Belair that has been ridden hard, and put away wet. I based this off of many cars that I've seen sitting in fields when driving through the countryside. Everything from bad rust problems to bullet holes has been remembered, and nearly every aspect of a field car has been captured. This is by far the largest piece I have ever done. Its dimensions are roughly 2x3 feet, and it is on canvas too, which is also something I'm not incredibly used to. This close up is basically life sized. Even though it's challenging to work with something that is this large dimensionally, I think I did okay. Anyway, all Fast Lane Design Artwork By Ryan Sardachuk.
