Everyone has an inner beach and sea. Once found you will never want to lose it. In this picture the Christ/Buddha/Muhammad part of you has met Pegasus Unicorn and THEIR sea. Hence the name of the meditation SOS. =The Song of The Sea. This is NOT a meditation of clearing your mind, but of active participation in manifesting divine creation.
