Here's My Latest Painting. It's a 1972 Ford Ranchero as seen from the interior of a greasy spoon somewhere in the middle of the Sonora Desert in Arizona. I did a piece very similar to this last year, and felt I should try something like it again. The funny thing is that I as the artist of this piece am most impressed with the way the bench turned out vs. the way the car turned out. Kinda odd, but i'm very proud of that part of the painting specifically. There is a reference to a country music song hidden in here somewhere. Can you name that song?
