This is a FAN CEL from the anime series X/1999. Now, I don`t know which this one is...either Fuuma or Kamui, but here it is. Done on clear, transparent claro with acrylic paints and black, fine tip liners. Background was painted with acrylic paints. (Please excuse the dust and dirt showing on the image...I need to clean my flat bed scanner!LOL)
