Who Mourns for the innocent

Photographic image made up from three negatives one negative reversed printed for a positive image and multiple printed with three enlargers on Kodak Paper. Color added through Photoshop CS. This was very early work of mine trying to emulate the style pioneered by Jerry Uelsmann (an excellent Photographer and Professor at Gainesville Florida College) that one of my college professors enlighten me to Jerry's work in the early days of my photographic journey. This was before there was ever a Photoshop. You had to use multiple enlargers and film negatives to achieve this.

THIS IS AN INTERESTING CONCEPTUAL IMAGE THAT NEEDS TO BE EXPLORED FURTHER. IT IS YOUR CONCEPT, SO YOU MUST INTEGRATE THIS IMAGE YOURSELF. A TECNICAL POINT THAT I MAY MAKE IS THAT THE HORIZON AND THE EYES DO NOT FEEL INTEGRATED WITH THE REST OF THE IMAGE. I MUST GIVE YOU A RATING, SO I WILL BASED ON THE FACT THAT YOU ARE WORKING ON A VERY DIFFICULT METHAPHOR.
