This 4'x6' acrylic painting was started by my late brother Charles Vincent Rowley and completed by myself after being asked over and over again to finish it. My brother and I had painted several paintings together -- very fond memories the kind that last forever. I remember laughing so hard that we almost wet ourselves... I miss him dearly and am completing several of his unfinished works. Luckily he had signed this one before completing it so both of our signatures are present on the painting.
