Anneke Hut's painting, NO MORE, marvelously conceived and skillfully painted shows the depth of a true thinking AND FEELING human being. I am sure that many people more than I have cried more than once here, such the power of art to attempt to delve and recreate the greatest depths of human emotions. And many more than I have felt the streams of blood on the White House as tears -- have felt them as tears of shame -- not for this execution only but for all cruelty and uncertainty in USA Justice. Anneke's artistic structure of the three men and a higher and angry eagle, besides the trails of blood on the White House --so vaguely presented rather than a shining glory often sung and pledged -- All the aspects combine in creating a challenge to viewers to join in commitment to the powerful pledge on an adjoining page. And as the accompanying vivid imagery of the painting fuels the feeling embedded in my heart, I know that such is true also for uncountable others for as long as we shall live, joining the many other reminders of our vows. And that inspiration and dedication from this painting shall continue to enkindle hearts and lives for generations to come -- for as long as this work of art exists. Peace, Bruce Combs
