Artist Reply: Thanks =) Yes, I painted it with Folk Art Fabric Paints on a Mens' Sleeveless Tee. I used to paint lots of shirts when I was younger, but Delta discontinued their line of fabric paints. Now that Folk Art has an excellent product, I am back at it! Kathryn
