When Autumn came to Dance.

Birth Of A New Piece.(When Autumn came to Dance). From a series of piece's I have on my facebook page showing how my work evolves. Birth of a New piece this from a series of piece's I have on my facebook page showing how my work evolves. With these next three stages I am working with the light, and this gives me different washes. The leafs on the outside of the piece (green) I'm using as my reference point. After I've reworked these then I will start on the individual leafs, drawing, painting, filtering until I get close to my original idea's. With these next three stages I am working with the light, and this gives me different washes. The leafs on the outside of the piece (green) I'm using as my reference point. After I've reworked these then I will start on the individual leafs, drawing, painting, I've added colour and textures washes to bring some colour and give the piece some direction. I've skipped the other part but will add them over the next couple of days. Still deciding witch way the piece will go, so here are some more colour and texture washes, from earlier piece' I have created since the early 1990's. And so the washes continue.... As with many things in life you get struck in a rut or go down a tangent, well the next piece's in the series are doing exactly that. I always love putting opposites together to see what may happen, sometimes its MUD, but now and again its can be very rewarding as these next piece's show. Well as our American brothers may say Anyhoo! I hope you enjoy them, and if you want to use them as a desktop for your PC just let me no and I'll email you.. With these last six piece's I've come a bit of a dead end, so I will be deconstructing these and starting a fresh, so keep yours eye's peeled. Cheers & Beers Dave..
