Dr. Franken Stein

I love any character Chuck Huber voices (Hiei ;3 )and Stein is of no exception. The moon could have turned out better but, I am very pleased with Stein's overall expression. Gotta love that maddness! ;D Drawn in pencil, then inked, and colored in Photoshop Elements 6.
