Durga and the Tiger

Inspired by the Hindu goddess Durga - often depicted riding on a tiger - invincible and radiant! I've portrayed her as a beautiful maiden with multiple arms - carrying weapons and lotus blossoms - emphasizing her qualities of meditation and wisdom as well as raw power. Totally awesome!! She is divinely adorable and magnificient in all her "Kewpie-cutesiness" and made all the more shining in your painterly rendering of those glorious & creamy colors! Stylewise, this image feels like a combo between Hindu Indian religious poster-art and European Rococo artistry, albeit done in your own distinct style - well done!
