I used the Bamboo graphics tablet with Adobe Photoshop to digitally sketch & finally paint the cartoon using a stylus pen. The picture took 6 hours to complete and is a tribute to a friend and colleague at Nottingham City Council working for an agency called Waterman Aspen. He’s a great Engineer and has designed many high quality and high profile projects in the city of Nottingham.
