This horny looking little guy is actually a sea going slug - called a nudibranch, or 'naked lung' in rough translation. Varieties of these animals are found the world over. This one is found in the colder waters of the Pacific - I'll spare the latin name. The orange appendages are called rhinophores and contain a poisonous toxin that is quite distasteful to predators.
