© Odwin Rensen Finally this painting is finished as I have been working on it for weeks. As you may or may not know I am a great fan of Rembrandt and this painting was a big technical challenge for me as in how far I could go to digitally try to match his style of painting. This is a freehand painting so no cloning what so ever is used. I started with a blank canvas and build up the painting layer after layer, starting with the background. I painted it at 40" by 52" @ 240 DPI as it will be printed onto artists canvas and stretched onto a frame. Hope you enjoy it ;-) Odwin
