Artist Reply: Thank you, Emily! I just happened to be in the right place at the right time, which I always say is about half of getting a good photo. (Now the truth can be told: I got access to the race pit area with a counterfeit pit pass I made after studying a real one closely the day before. The guy with the dark jacket has a real one on his belt.)
