When I as traveling we came across these type lilys in a field.. they seemed so percious to me that I could pick them and so I sat and painted in the field.. and adored their little pink robes.

"Fieldlily" is a great capture of flowers growing. The painting reminds me very much of how Georgia O'Keeffe would approach your subject. It is wonderful and has a smooth sensual feel to it.
