Pacific Thunder

"Every seventh wave they say, is a mighty and powerful one, hitting offshore rocks with a sound like thunder."

Artist Comments: "Although this is a small canvas, the awesome power of the ocean is clear. I chose to show the huge splash that can be delivered at times against steadfast rocks just off the coastline. I painted a darkening sky to offset the brilliance of the huge tower of spray created by the action."

Edition length is 3600 authorized, signed, limited edition prints (3500 numbered and 100 artist proofs).
