Artist Reply: Thank you so much. Yes, it was one that I just had to paint my impression of the light that I saw. Sometimes we see the beautiful things that God has made and don't take the opportunity to share it. I hope this is a way of sharing His Light through my artwork...
I love the look of the trees in the foreground, however when I look at the golden color of the water I think of a lava flow and how this would be something from HI.
