Nice painting! Could you explain the title? (Just curious) --Love and Light, OLGA

Artist Reply: It's a very French phrase - it doesn't translate that well - "Goodness me!" is close.

Artist Reply: Ok. The painting includes a silhouetted figure in one window and a semi-naked woman in another window. This is (in my mind anyway) a small village, with windows that people can see each other in, if they leave the blinds open. The idea amused me as I painted, and was listening to music, including the Goldfrapp song Ooh la la.
