Artist Reply: Yes Roni He is on sentinel/guard duty watching out for predators - particularly looking to see if there are no vultures or raptors out in the sky. They quickly warn their mates and hide when they see danger. We used to have a meerkat as a pet when I was a child many moons ago and he used to run for safety when the planes passed over our farm LOL
