Flaming Tree

Original acrylic painting on canvas, unframed, 28 x 22". This is a departure piece, being a bit more stylized than realistic, completed in 2004. I used a digital photo and smudged it up using PhotoShop to get the sketch from which I painted. Mate to "Wild Tree", done in 2005. Copyrights belong to the artist.

I LOVE THIS ONE TOO...THIS IS THE SOUL OF THE TREE AND I THINK IT IS WONDERFUL THAT YOU HAVE BROUGHT ITS' HEART!!! IF WE COULD SEE WITH THE EYES OF THE UNSEEN WE WOULD SEE THIS IS REAL AND HAPPENS ALL THE TIME...THIS IS THE REAL ENERGY OF LIFE!!! VERY MOVING IMAGE!!!
