I have always enjoyed creating art, a new box of crayons was my favorite gift to receive each Christmas. I minored in Art in College, but never pursued my artwork. In 1999, I purchased a custom frame shop and was inspired by the paintings I was framing. I went back to school to study art and found a great teacher at the Worcester, MA Art Museum who led me to Acrylics. I sold my very first Acrylic Painting at the student show, my inspiration to continue. After talking with artists at the frame shop, we decided to create an Art Guild, to support other area artists. They have inpsired me to paint and grow in my art. Photography has come quite naturally to me, ever searching for inspiration for my paintings. I try to be conscious of color and composition, while looking for pleasing subjects. I love to manipulate images, too, just to see what will happen. I enjoy my work and want to share that enjoyment with others.
