An abstract impressionist, Jon Marini began his artistic career at an early age, drawing and painting while still in grammar school. He credits Vincent Van Gogh, Klee and Salvador Dali for much of his inspiration. His varied subject matter has been heavily influenced by extensive world travel and a keen observation of the world around him. He currently resides in Scottsdale, Arizona.
