Have you ever thought too much? or felt like you give more than you receive? that you have so much talent and no outlet or time to unleash and unwind? have you ever listened to Nina Simone or Miles and then sang Elton John and Elvis and danced your butt off to Leonard Skynard and then tipped your hat to Johnny Cash...and all the while each song grabbed a different emotion inside you-I feel I portray emotion through color and my kind of art...I feel I am a master of collage and a dreamer in disarray.....that's me. A work in progress and a progress at work. God has given me so much...I feel lucky to be able to paint and create such cool things.

I must say this past year has been wonderful. My artwork has spread more than 50% more than last year and the articles in the paper have been a wonderful pat on the back. All artists are trying to put all they have out there with the hopes that the right person at the right time finds you, but mostly they love what they do and have some of the most creativity I have ever seen that overflows into relationships, songs, poetry, and life. With out them or us blue is only blue not sky or water or rain...the world was painted, but that was only an outline.
My work has been published in The Virtual Journey, and Endless Journies. I recently was put in the Who's Who Among Executive and Professional Women. A friend and I have done the parade of homes 'home tour'. The Light and Life Magazine has been gracious to feature me as 'the artist of the month'. Curve magazine featured me as the artist of the month. Lake Erie Living magazine put my work in their magazine. Detroit Homes Magazine featured my work. The National Library has choosen and published many of my pieces over the past three years. I have won the editor's choice award. You can find my artwork at The Monroe Street Gallery, Trend 440, Curb's Candles, Cottonwood Candles, The Blu Water Spa, Schultz Family Restaurant. My work that I know of has traveled to Alabama, California, Florida, New Jersey, Texas, Ohio, Chicago, Colorado, Georgia, North Carolina,Africa and of course Michigan. I appreciate all the people who have helped me and word-of-mouth has been the most pleasant seller. Thank you to all who purchase or comment on my work.
