My name is Erica Broadbent and I am mainly known for my athletic ability and painting skills in school. I played sports all of my life (particularly soccer, rugby, and track) and I still am to this very day. Even though I love sports, it is not really a career I can pursue. So I am sticking to painting and going to school for art. I have made many accomplishments so far in my life and hope to win more shows. I am also a scholar of the LBI Foundation of the Arts and Sciences, scholar of the Governor's School of the Arts at TCNJ, and member of the National Society of High School Scholars, NHS, and NAHS. I am currently attending the Hartford Art School at the University of Hartford for my Bachelor's Degree and then I plan to attend the Burren College of Art in Ireland for my Master's. I also plan to travel to Sicily with my professor during my sophomore year at Hartford to participate in an Italy painting workshop along with studying abroad. I just hope to survive in the art world and make something of myself in the near future.
