Just got the newest version of Paintshop Pro. Very sweet program and a lot more user friendly than photoshop. Maybe not quite as powerful in the scripting area, but for what I do, that's not an issue.
Took a trip to Austin a couple years back and shot a number of the statues at the Umlaff Sculpture Garden. Adding those to my portfolio tonight.
Lost my job. Was doing computer support - AIX Administrator - but that's over I guess. 15+ years gone just like that.
I think I want to go in a different direction now. I'd love to find some freelance photography work, or book design maybe. I've got a lot of years in those fields too.
Let's see if I can update this blog on a regular basis.
Here's a shot I took at the Fort Worth Nature Center of a wonderful clump of mistletoe. The tree it was on wasn't all that happy, unfortunately.
