Chizhov Victor was born in Stavropol , Russia in 21.02.1955. From 1972 to 1978 g.g. he studied in artistic school in Stavropol. Began creative activity with participating in a republican artistic exhibition in Threatening in 1976 Finished Leningrad higher art industrial school by the name of V.I.Mukhinoy in 1990. He is sculptor monumental artist. Member of National Union of Artists of Ukraine from 1992. Works in the genre of "Nude", mixed technique.
