I am twenty years old and enjoy art immensly. I would like to create art for a living but whenever my mom hears the word 'artist,' she envisions a homeless guy drawing on the inside of a cardboard box. That having been said she is still very supportive and while I have made sure that I won't be drawing on the inside of a cardboard box (I will be teaching young children not to draw on their desks) I will continue to be an artist because it is what I love.
