I am a contemporary artist based in Nottingham in the UK. I have a number of styles but paint mainly in acrylic on canvas.

After achieving first class honours in Art & Design, I enjoyed working as a fashion designer for over 20 years, creating designs for several leading fashion houses.

Originally, painting was a hobby which I did mainly for family and friends. As my style evolved my passion for painting grew and I was inspired to leave the fashion world to focus on my art.

My artwork has taken on an increasingly modern, abstract feel over time. I love this contemporary style as it really allows my creativity to flow! I often lose myself for hours on end as I find myself completely absorbed infront of the canvas.

My sources of inspiration are many and varied: I gaze into crystals and use my visions of landscapes as well as drawing upon my travels, dreams and childhood experiences.
