Susan is a basicly self taught artist, who grew up in Heidelberg, Germany. It was there where she was first introduced to the art of silkpainting. Fascinated by this versatile medium, Susan immediatly developed a long lasting passion with never ending curiosity and experimentation. Susan dyes/paints scarves, ties, framed pieces and cards. Some of the techniques include watercolor, serti, collage, hand printing. Currently, Susan exhibits her silk at the Ebbtide Galery in Gig Harbor, Washington.
